I noticed the same charges of $87 + change and $2.98 from Kmassist on my bank statement today. Neither I nor my bank recognizes this company. I immediately cancelled my card and am in the process of filing fraud charges regarding this company. On May 14, 2010 I was contacted by Sandra Williams regarding selling my timeshare in Branson Mo. after determining a selling price, she called the next day for information and payment. I received a threatening phone call from a collection agency stating that I had a year and a half debt with a company I have never heard of. When I requested that they provide me proof of the debt so that I could review this information and validate the debt. I was told that they would not provide me proof of my debt and that it would be reported to my credit bureau. I Have a accuring debit charge to my debit card for $14.95 which I never authorized. It has beengoing on for months, I wish this charge to be stopped Immediately to avoid additional charges, also I do not wish to participate with either of these companys again, I think this EZSaver stuff is a ripp off . At 1st it looks like a good deal, but download speed is very slow if you can stay connected. Site is offshore, and my US credit card added a foreign transaction to the fee. I can't say for sure that it's related, but had a major credit card fraud incident after signing on to this site, all the fraudulent charges originated from Europe. The card I used is now shut down, so there won't be any recurring fee. I did manage to d/l a few movies, but have all but given up using the remainder of the credit I have left.
