We are constantly recieving you're a winner e-mails, supposidly from Microsoft Windows Live Yahoo International Lottery Team. Over the last 6 mo. we have recieved 14 of these anoying E-mails. Anyone in their right mind would know these are a scam. This scam comes from the U.K as do most. They ask for the same info as do the rest of them. Constant computer generated phone calls to return a call and then we get another computer generated answering machine asking for details of our call. How in the world would we know what the details are? All we get is a message to call back the 1-888 number. We get several calls a week. After checking my Visa transactions, I found out I had a charge of almost 40$ of a company I never heard of... Found out, after calling, that Classmates.com gives your credit card information to them and they charge you without your consent. I did not get "Andy" (see other complaint) but "Regis" and he confirmed that they would credit my account, no fuss. Thanks to all those who makes this site possible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order for custom made wood bats through the web site in November, 2005. I paid through the site with a credit card. I have tried to get Dave to fulfill my order numerous times through the web site email and through phone calls to no avail. Never any answer. But he continues to take paid orders, keeping the money and ignoring the order. I was approached by a saleswoman from a Premier kiosk at a mall in Albany, NY. Michell, the saleswoman, was likeable and funny... and also a liar but I only learned that later. She started off by demonstating the nail kit and then, once I bought that and realized she had a 'live one', several other items. Arranged a move on Tuesday April 21st for 9am. Put off the move by hours 3 times that 1 day. Were 1.5 hours late when we rescheduled the 2nd day, April 22nd. Came with a truck way too small. I was quoted 800 but after they had packed the truck told me the bill was 1250 - and that was not including the other half of the stuff they had to come back for! I bought an ATV on a leisure loan through ge money. I sent them a letter in writing and a fax as well that I wanted to pay off the entire amount owing on december fifth 2008. Three days later they still hadn't taken the money out of my account...I called them and they said don't worry we have it in our notes. The person on the phone was rude. Our service with them failed on the 17th of April. It is now the 23rd and I keep getting the old "we're very sorry we have forwarded to our technical team to deal with" always putting me on hold. They have not met their commitments to getting back to me on two occasions. This is outsourced Indian support which I have no problem with HOWEVER when multiple service calls get told nothing new I have had it. We have not had voicemail nor fax services for over a week. hi... I recently flew on Aerosvit airlines from Delhi to Toronto via Kiev. The service on board was terrrible. The crew were not professional and did not attend to passenger needs. The were not attentive . I asked for a veg meal. They provided a non veg meal with no hesitation. In 2005 I bought an extended warranty on my leather recliner. It was called a Master surface coverage. Today this coverage is not offered to the client because the Brick lost too much money from it. It was for all accidents that could happen to the leather. My recliner got 2 mid deep marks in the seat area and one further down that caused 3 small but torn( ripped!!!) pieces. I made a purchase from Barton Publishing in September 2008; paid for and obtained a receipt. Subsequently my Visa was billed in September for US$1.00; October '08 to April '09 at US$29.95/mth. Unfortunately I was not keeping a closer eye on my Visa and therefore missed these illegal charges.
