I would like to complain about TD visa insurance that is a basic fraud. When I came to Canada about a year ago I purchased alone with my TD visa an insurance against loss of work or any other inability to pay my visa bill. There is a dog that lives a block away from us that is neglected and the OSPCA will not do a dang thing and it makes me mad. This dog is average size and is in a small outside cage with a doghouse that has no door and is about the size of the dog. I can't imagine the dog even has room to turn around in there. I have an RRSP GIC account with ICICI bank. This year I wanted to add $2,000 to it upon maturity. I sent in my cheque with instructions. It has been two months and the cheque still is not processed. GNC cannot accept non-US billing addresses, even though the order is being SHIPPED to the U.S. After explaining the situation to their Customer Service rep, I was rudely told they don't want my internet business, and just shop in Canadian GNC stores (many products are NOT available there!). I am using Norton Antivirus on my home computer. I purchased Norton Antivirus 2006 but when I tried to install it, it would not accept the installation, all tho I did manage to register it. I bought a dishwasher at the Market Mall HBC on Jan.6th 2007. Delivery was to be Jan, 13th. I was called and that date was changed to Jan. 19th. Then the date was changed again to Jan.30th. This was confirmed by a phone call from them so I waited for the 4 hour delivery window and called only to find that the dishwasher was still in the warehouse. The team had to book before we got the schedule, and the days inn has a policy that teams are to book for 2 nights minimum. I am so upset and disappointed with Sears. When we moved into our home, i bought all my appliances at Sears - stove, microwave, washer, dryer, and refrigerator. Monies are billed under one bill but customer service has to be done under different departments.
