I attempted to return a laptop I had received as a gift with no receipt to upgrade to a better processor (approx $100 more); the box was factory sealed (never opened) and I had waybill from HP to Walmart on box. while visiting montreal I purchased a pair of shoes from Little Burgundy. When I unpacked the shoes to wear them I found they had given me one shoe in one size and one shoe in another. I contacted them and was told I could exchange them at any Aldo store in Europe. No Aldo store would accept them. I had ordered an Indian Suit from Kaneesha.com from their website but when I received the item it was not in the same material but the design was different too. the embroidery work was very cheap and the threads and mirrors were falling off from the dress. We went on a ten day cruise on the Norewegian Dawn in January 2011. They charged us a compulsory $400 automatic gratuity as part of their Free Style cruising. The cruise was good but I could not tip the guys who made my trip good unless I tipped above the $400 I knew I was going to pay on my Visa. There were waiters trying to sell me a drink every ten minutes and in the cafeteria scores of waiters clearing plates before you were finished. I suggest if at all possible you stay away from this company. I bought a ticket for my fiance and at the last minute they told me i need to fax them my handwritten credit card information to confirm the ticket. They showed no respect for my credit card privacy and could not communicate between their departments (they already had the info on file from when I paid for the ticket). They promise that within 6 hours of 5 cm of snow, they will dispatch trucks. This has never happened. They at minimum have taken from 12 hours up to 2 days after the snow event, and only after 3-4 phone calls. Almost never answer the phone and voice mail is always full. Informacials are frauds they tell you, you get a good deal on the product you want, like in our case we fell for the barkoff, like most of you I have order the barkoff I ordered one plus get one free, got 4, boosted up to the deluxe for the adapter. Ordered a corner fireplace and damage was discovered upon unpacking, Cymax refuses to replace it as they say it was not annotated on the delivery form. X-Copper failed to deliver! I hired X-Copper to represent me on a speeding ticket. I already had it reduced, had all required documents, and wanted to fight the ticket. I will simply give the facts. I called 4 weeks ahead of time to hire Short Notice Movers for a move from a house to a two bedroom third floor apartment. Amounts on each occassion is $23.95 for a Grand Total of $263.45 I called this company at the above Phone Numbers and was ask for a Membership I.D.I told them I didn't have one and to cancel these transactions.They said they would. In the advertisement and description of the service it says "Unlimited* local and long distance ..." However in the fine print there is "fair usage policy", which is fine. But there is also following statement in the fine print of fair usage policy: "Vonage World Canada plan is subject at all times to a limit of 3000 minutes ..."
