Was going through Drive thru this afternoon, March 7, 2010 waiting for my food at the pickup window. The server had gone to get my order and had left the window open. I do not appreciate one of the front line staff stomping up to the window "swearing" under her breath and then slamming the window in my face. These people are completely incompetent and dishonest. If you show up on time for an appointment, they will keep you waiting fifteen minutes printing out the contract which should have been printed beforehand. Then, the contract will contain errors, including the incorrect spelling of your name. Your name will stay in their system with the incorrect spelling for the duration. When I removed the fountain from the box, the light bulb that is attached to the waterfall was broken. Two days later I noticed a small pool of water around the base of the fountain.
