The worst service from GM dealer. NO complaints against GM, but this dealer is very arrogant. The dealer treats customers as if they work for him. Never do business with them. Paid in full for a brand new silverado truck, and a few days later when picked up the truck the sales guy wanted another $1000 otherwise he wont give the truck. In August my mother in law 68 years old was sent a check for 4800.oo for a sweepstakes she had won through Access Financial Services and was requested to send 2, 000.00 to start to cover the insurance, and then 2, 750.00 for taxes and then another 1, 000.00 for the remainder of the taxes. The man Jim Morris was very demanding that the money be sent right away. All the transactions were sent Western Union to locations in London England. While vacationing at a Marriott, 2 teenage boys climbed up to our second floor room and entered via the balcony. They stole numerous items, including ipods, nintedos DSI's, games, cameras, headphones, and liquor. My wife and I went to the Economy Lube location in Brantford on the afternoon of September 10th, 2008 with our 1995 Ford Explorer for a simple oil change and radiator flush but it didn't turn out to be so simple after all. I have worked on and off with this medical transcriptionist company for a year and I have found that they lacked professionalism when it came to dealing with mistakes that an MT might make on a document. They would not take credit on their part for the errors that may have had made and suddenly stop giving you work with barely an explanation whatsoever.
