Hi, I came on Friday June 19th from Colombo Sri lanka to Canda pearson airport through Dubai on EK241. I lost my bagage and i have picked up somebody else's baggage with me. I ordered 3 small items on 12-21-08. As of 6-3-09 I still have not received anything. The only way to get vendor to respond is to file a claim ticket thru the merchant. Don't waste your time with the e-mail listed on their site. They won't answer it. I offered to let the vendor substitute any items but still nothing. I had called customer service for help in choosing a prepaid plan for my cellphone and my internet stick. After about 10 -15 minutes the customer service rep could not find one other than one that cost $190.00 and only offered me 20% off my roaming charges. The requirement for position is to move to company site. The company security suite is on site. there are 2 alarm systems built into the sweet to respond to as trained for. Dust Doctor came to my home in scarborough to install a furnace in my home. Recently I called Dircet Energy to have them give me a quote on replacing my water heater. Direct Energy informed me that the company who install the furnace insulated the chimney with the incorrect size, the size was so small and this would eventually allow carbon dioxide to enter the home. I did my first online mystery shopping assignment on April 30, 2009, and it's now June 17, 2009 and I never got paid. They were responding to me a few times in the support section in their website, and they finally stopped communicating with me as time went on and when I started complaining I never got paid. This is by far the worst store for customer service. I have been in there a few times since I had to find clothing for my dog (4 pounds) when she went outside in the cold weather and no other place seemed to have small enough clothing.
