My mother purchased a Videocon fully automatic washing machine on 16/02/2010 from DIGI WORLD, ANKUR CHAR RASTA, AHMEDABAD. We were promised that the engineer from Videocon would come to our place in 24 hours and fix the machine plus give us a demo on how to use the machine. This is to raise my voice on the worst maintenance of seats in VRL buses. Its full of bed bugs and impossible to even close ur eyes for 2-3 mins also. While taking contract Mr. Prabhat told me that he will even deliver my house sweeping item also without fail. But while I got delivery I found that one of my bags was missing.
