Gillette, I have used your products for over 55years & have usually been satisfied. However lately the razors I have been buying are terrible, I used to get 7 to 10 shaves from one cartridge now I get 3. It seems that you are either using softer steel or the ones I have been buying at sams club are seconds.I am talking about the mach 3 package with 20 cartridges in it. There is one Airtel office situated at Kamla Nagar, Delhi. Whenever we go there to submit our postpaid bills, they always tell that our system is down, you'll get your receipt within 48 hours.
