I had called up their call center and helpline 11 times regarding my installation and demo and each time they said that the technician would arrive in half an hour. CWE have given a complaint for non functioning of the refrigerator about 15-20 days back. A person visited our place and informed that the compressor has to be checked and gas has to be filled. He came after two days to do the same, but immediately the next day, the condition of the refrigerator was the same. Quality of this particular phone of samung is really bad. As it stopped working, without any identifiable reason. Phone just doesn't start and to my horrors they don't have a service center which are near my place. I had bought the Samsung MAX the CDMA phone three months back and just after two and half months it troubled me with the severe problem and was sent to Banglore for the service and its been more than 1 month where the service status is static i.e. the problem is not resolved and it is very much discomfiting that there are a number of individuals I know in my office who are irritated with the Mobile phone and its service aspect. I have booked a flat in Nitishree housing, NH-24, Ghaziabad (UP), Due to some reason company was not able to start the construction work. So we have demand to refund the money which they have taken during booking. The amount was 3.50 lacs. After many discussion they have refunded the money after 9 months and deduct 10% amount. As these is the only agency from which our living area gets connection, we people have no other option to go.
