Tata AIG people have issued mediclaim policices for my parents.Payment has been made it through a credit card. They have taken 3 policy amount(20, 111) and issued only 2 policy of my parents name. I am registering this complaint under frustration on the services available from BSNL telecommunications. I have applied for a broadband connection at my nearest service provider(vaniyamkulam BSNL exchange) For a broad band connection for about six or more months. I haven't yet received a connection. Its a pity that the largest service provider cant look forward for a connection so seriously. Now the new one not working from 17.07.08. i rang up on20th, 24th, 27, 28, 29, & today 30th july08. Each time what they are saying is "sorry sir, today we will attend" But nobody turned up.
