I bought a 6.5 KG Front Load Washing which is whirlpool Sensation Elite. Absolutely name does not replicate the functionality of the machine. I got an attachment with my citibank credit card bill and it was about ivaluemar.com. I ordered for a Nokia N95 which was Rs. 8750 and they did not deliver it fro 30days even after my repeated calls to them. I have paid an amount for converting from prepaid to postpaid aircel connection on 1st July '08. Till today they (Lakshmi Enterprises, Coimbatore - Agent for Aircel Limited) haven't activated for us. I had purchased an Electolux AC in April 2006. That same year, the remote control of the AC stopped working. I called up the customer support number and a representative finally showed up after more than a week and repeated calls. He told us that they do not have the inventory of this remote control. I had a nightmare with this travel agency. I called them to book my tickets. The quoted a fare and on confirmation charged a different fare. When I called to complain, an arrogant customer service person picked the phone and said the fare charged is correct. For weeks they refused to email the e-tickets. I bought a Samsung washing machine from EZone's Heebal Bangalore store. They promised delivery of product on 1st July 2008 But It didn't come without any information. I have booked my households with Gati Pakers and Movers, Mumbai. It has to be delivered in Pune.
