I had applied for passports of my parents (Senior Citizens), with the application filed on 07.11.2007 at the Kolkata Regional Passport Office (#W011345/07 and W011343/07). Its been close to 6 months, but they are yet to recieve their passports. Police verification has been duly carried out. Repeatedly the passport office has been asking for Duplicated PP Forms, which have also been duly submitted. However, there has been no change in the update of their application since last 4 months. I am totally disillusioned by Samsung. I have samsung Refrigerator, Airconditioners, DVD Player and T.V. Immediately after the warrenty expired the Refrigerator required expensive repair. I wonder why these things happen to your system especially for non- payment of Rs 487.50 monthly bill which I do pay regularly. I booked a flat in DLF, new town heights, gurgaon through a broker. I have been alloted a flat at 24 th floor with a forced PLC charges of Rs 400 per sq feet. This was nerver communicated to be by the broker or the builder before allotment of the flat. I would never taken this flat if I knew that DLF will cheat us in this manner. The cost of the flat has incresed from 5o lakhs to 60 lakhs. I would like to cancel this booking, but this options is also not available to us. I bought Sony Ericcson piece last year (Aug, 07). The piece use to regularly under perform under the big brand name.
