Hi, I am living in Empire Estate, Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra, India. I have bought one window a/c from Next retail shop this month. It was put to use only yesterday. Compressor of AC is making hell of alot noise. I am trying to complain to NEXT Lajpat Nagar but no one picking up phone even the salemen Dharmpal who sold the A/C is not picking up his mobile phone. For past 3 weeks I am following with him for replacment of normal remote with digital remote which is a part of regular kit was picked up the person who came to deliver the A/C. If you have a 2000 Buick Lesabre, please pay close attention, this could affect you. There is a manufacturing defect with the electrical system for this car that involves 1 or more of the sensors and causes a short. What it does is, it tends to make the car stall out and die. When the sensor shorts out, it kills the engine. The problem is, while GM knows this issue exists, they will do absolutely nothing to replace the faulty sensor(s). HP Gas serveice is a curse to the consumers. This is really frustrating. They should be penalised for their black marketting which causes severe problem to the HP gas consumers.
