I have purchased a new Hitachi ACE Split AC 1.5 ton in Delhi recently. The dealer sent an engineer to install the AC informing that this engineer is trained by the company and will do a good job. sms pack was given at Rs.50 per month for 2000 sms in jun07. It was withdrawn after 3 months without informing me. Airtel did not inform that it was a limited period offer at the time of subscription or any time thereafter. Without any intimation about discontinuation, it started charging normal sms charges. On non-payment of additional charges, it has disconnected service to my number. I am willing to pay regular charges since the date I came to know of sms pack withdrawal but not for the period when i was not aware of it. But Airtel wont listen. Pathetic attitude. Two cylinders of Hp belonging to us were stolen from my house. We went to the police station and lodged an FIR and then went to Little gas Agency who is our supplier asking to provide us a spare cylinder. We were ready to pay any amount since I have three little children to feed. I couldnt even give them milk in the morning cos ther was no gas.
