I have a SB account with SBI-Redfields Branch, Coimbatore. I used SBI atm card in Canara bank and Punjab National Bank ATM machines in National Games Village, Koramangala,Bangalore on 1st Feb,2008 around 7.00 PM to retrieve an amount of Rs.3,200/-. The transaction has been declined in both machines, but the amount of Rs.3,228 has been debited from my account. I have purchased Onida microwave in the month of october, 2007. The demo person came to my house after ten days. That too after making telephonic complaint to Mumbai office. Moreover there was pre puja offer of gift worth Rs.1000/- with this purchase which I am yet to get after 5 months of purchase. Airtel customer service representatives do not pick up the calls after 2:00 A.M, even if they pick up the calls they either put the customer on hold and disconnect the call or they just disconnect the call with out talking to the customers.
