Vodafone customer care executive called me and told me to fill ECS form. She sent an executive and I filled up the form and they submitted. But it found that the form was incomplte and so bank first debited the bill amount and then credited the same amount. Other than this, it debited reversal charges as the amount came back as ECS mandate was not received by them. Vodafone now says that it is my problem that I did not submitted the mandate form. The executive did not tell me any thing about the mandate form. Can you tell me whose fault is this and what should I do? read full review »

hi i was a citifinancial customer with a loan account number 8061503 and i have closed the account by paying all the dues and received a closure letter but my name is not removed from the defaulters list yet as the payment was cleared in may 2007. please do the needful as i was applying for a loan to pay my hospital bills and this problem accures. I purchased a pair of REEBOK Basketball Shoes from Bahrain and the stitches on the right shoe came out on the second day of use itself. Now I cannot use the shoe at all as the sponge cushioning will come out. I am very sad and upset as I had saved quite a bit to buy the shoe and it didn't last me more than 2 days! I registered for a 1 hour wifi access from the Hyderabad airport wifi hotspot. After the account information and credit card details are entered and upon submiting, the page errored out. Could not access the service. When i checked the credit card statement after a week, i found that the service provider has charged me twice, when infact the registration did not go through in the first place. My Aqua guard water purifier is not functioning properly. I lodged a complaint with the customer care cell of Aquaguard Chennai Tamil Nadu, India. Complaint reference No is 56563 dated 17 Feb 08, however its been one week now no one has attended the complaint. Whenever we make an enquiry, we are told that the service engineer is on his way. I think for a reputed company like AQUA GUARD it is a very very poor show. I hope the top management of the company in India read this complaint and do something to make their customer service effective and customer friendly.
