I have purchased Duracell batteries in a 6 AA size batteries pack. The price of these batteries is more than 3 times as compared to normal batteries. There is a distributer of HP Gas at Ambala Cantt, named Swatantra Gas. This distributer is doing blackof gas cyllinders, very openely. But, there is no one to stop this. Neither from Administration nor from the vigilance department of HP Gas Company. As a result, genuin consumers are suffering very-very badly. I have applied for HSBC Credit Card for 2 times but till now I did not get any confirmation number or a call from the customer care. Everytime their executive comes and collects the docs (payslips, bank transactions so on..) which are more sensitive but there is no sign of confirmation from their end whether they accepted or rejected. I have experienced a bad idea of applying for HSBC Credit Card and decided not to apply for HSBC Credit Card which is having a worst customer care.
