I have been using Airtel from past 5 years.My Add on connection is 99457 95460.Due to the exhoborate bills had requested the customer care for migrating it to Prepaid connection but on talk with the customer care executive I got convinced and decided to retain the same postpaid connection. Icici close our saving account while deducting money as credit card fees which we never apply, or minimum balance penalty, as they open the account with zero balance account. We never take any action whenever they deduct money. Our main fault is that we never object when they deduct money so they harass us after 2-3 years. The sales person promised to give a eurekaforbes bag while saling the product. We paid the whole amount and that day he told the bags are not in stock we will give you in the coming week. Its almost 3 months over but nobody has given us the bag. When we call them they do not speak properly and show DADAGIRI, and they tell do whatever you want I am not going to give you the bag. I had booked the VXi car on 19/10/2007. I was suppose to get the delivery in the first week of November as per promise from the delaer. I am yet to receive the delivery. Every time, dealer says that there are some delivery issues from Maruti and it will delivered in a week's time. I would like to share with you my very bad experience with "Goel Packers and Movers". I contacted them to move 7 cartons from Calcutta to Gurgaon. They took all the money in advance and promised to transport all the goods in a maximum of 10 days. However they gave me only 6 cartons after 3 weeks at 12 in the night after calling them 20-30 times and damaged a good worth Rs 3000. This is to beware you that don't go for airtel mobile service in at least Himachal Pradesh circle. Six months ago I subscribed a postpaid connection from airtel. Since then I'm receiving promotions calls from them. I requested number of times to Airtel customer care and they didn't reacted at all. I believe they do not understand a simple word 'NO'. MSEB is the worst electricity board I have ever seen. I am fed up with daily 6 hours powert cut in our area (Dombivli, MIDC). I have a problem with my LPG tube which needed replacement and we have been calling the customer service number for over 2 weeks, but there is such a callous attitude that they are not bothered at all. We tried to contact the local gas distributor-Indane TUCS Double Tank Road, Kk Nagar, Chennai.
