Zicom is know for Electronic Survelliance Products. However, one of the Products I have been using i.e. the Video Door Phone is pathetic. The product's power unit smokes out and the product becomes completely defunct. I have replaced the unit earlier when (luckily) it was within warranty. To inform with deep regrate that IRCTC Tatkal online (e-ticket) reservation process is of no use with session getting drop or unavailable during initial hours of it's opening period.
