The incident or you can say a accident which happened in January-2011, When I have bought my first sedan car, Tata Indigo CS from Hansraj Motors, Authorized Dealer of Tata motors at Gorakphur, I have bought the car only seeing the trust attached to the Tata brand. I have purchased 1.5 LG Air-conditioner split from one of the showroom of Thane Maharashtra in may2010. After Installation I had lodged a complaint that outer unit while switching on to fan mode it makes a abnormal voice. Mr. Imran, In-charge of local customer service of thane suggested that I should purchased a bracket(angle) instead of keeping it free on a grill box. so I did it which cost me Rs.800/- . The Bangalore Airtel is not doing enough to see that their customers are not harassed. I tried calling the call center too but no joy. Unitech Builders was paid full amount 5 years ago for a 3 bedroom apartment in Norizon Project in Greater NOIDA. Its 5 years now and I have not been given the possession. On the other hand I have been paying EMI to the Bank for 5 years now. I have been communicating with the Bank about the delay and for them to ensure this is not another scam, my Bank says they will get back but never do.
