My dad bought me a Nokia 5200 mobile phone for Christmas. The micro Sd card did not work from Day 1, message came up that the card could not be formatted. I rented from County Car Rental in August 2007. I returned the car to County, they inspected the car and said there was no damage. They inspected the Car so carefully, I got worried and asked them to put in writing there was not damage. They put it in writing. When I got home form my trip I got a note from County saying they found a scuff mark and charged my credit card $482. On returning our rented cars from County Car Rentals Dublin, they were thoroughly inspected and confirmed ok by the company staff. I recently booked a flight through easy jet for me and my friend for paris, we were to book it online. We got to the confirm page and confirmed my details as well as my credit card and the page froze, not sending me a confirmation email. We waited and did it again as we were keen to get the flight, again same problem. Easy jet has now taken the amount out of my credit card twice, and i am not booked on the flight. This is the second unit that has failed owing to poor design: The cable between the charger is too thin, and breaks where it enters the strain relief (joke) at the body of the charger. Vodafone and Nokia say this is because of wear and tear, and take no responsibility, but the charger never leaves the socket into which it is plugged in. Re: Air Lingus I wish to lodge a complaint regarding my flight Jersey, Chanel Islands, U.K. to Dublin Ireland on 16th June 2007. Flight E1245 was delayed for a considerable number of hours with no explanation offered to any passenger.
