I received a phone call from DHL Larnaca Office to inform me that a package was awaiting my collection. I checked their web site to confirm their opening hours, it said 0800hrs until 1300hrs. I was at the door of DHL at 1155hrs the following day only to find that the door was locked and that all lights inside were out. No notice on the door informing customers why. And for that matter no opening hours information. Typical of Cyprus! A law to themselves! For the past 6 years we have ordered our stock items from WINTRON but lately they are sending us opened boxes and missing items. We did in fact call and talk to their sales person in charge, who told us they do not accept any complaints from no one, as they are always right and we are fabricating our complaints. I bought a cell phone from stephanis (sony ericsson ) and payed 115 Euro with a two year guarantee. Six months later the charging component of the cell phone stopped working, took it to the company for repair. After two weeks they said that the problem wasn't fixable and the cell phone would not be replaced in spite of the guarantee because as they argued it was my fault. I apparently caused an internal damage to the cell phone charging input by trying too hard to attach the charger to it. TraderXP is very good in asking for your money. But when you want to withdraw they delay and try to stall the payment. I have proof to show that my withdrawal took more than one month (but deposit takes a few hours by credit card). It had also created several hundred dollars in overdraft charges that I was not aware of either. eToro claims be easy to use platform with no problems when trading Forex is concerned. But once in the connection problems are way too much to say that is true. In the end of trading with eToro, you won't be making profit as eToro gets your earnings capped and most times the buttons get disabled. This means that you can't cancel the trades you're on. BEWARE - the teaser rate of a $buck or $two to get samples will result in massive credit card charges that your credit card company will not be all that willing to help you with since you did enter your CC number. If your CC was stolen they would take an interest.
