I received a call by someone at this company on 01/27/11 telling me my credit card machine was out dated, that I had to updated it immediately. I already had RealPlayer SP on my system, but decided to purchase RealPlayer Plus for $39.99. The program downloaded but did not install correctly over my existing RealPlayer SP app. Contacted Real Networks tech support, finally 2 hours later after uninstall, power down, re-install and special login to Real Networks to get the additional RealPlayer Plus features, now it works. Last week when I tried to withdray money from the ATM there was a block on my account. I went onto the bank to find the problem and that's when I found out about these people I had never heard of before. There were several charges on my account totaling $264.50 as shown to me by the assistant bank manager. They suggested I get a new card and dispose of the one used for fraudlant charges. I did so and the bank is invistigating the situation. They also returned the amounts into my account while the investigation is ongoing. I have no idea whats behind this. Unresponsive customer service system. Complaints about on-line gaming issues are rarely if ever addressed by the support crew assigned to find and fix problems. The methods for reporting programing problems are difficult for the average individual to find let alone follow. I rushed my son to his Dr three days ago for ear pain, he has had 4 sets of tubes so any complaint warrants immediate attention. After the plumber installed it I realized that the toilet seat doesn't cover the rim of the toilet. This is a huge problem for a mom with 3 young boys! My complaint does not really involve the police department, but the Brunswick County NC itself. It is run like the good old boy system and not the law. They have allowed perjury, not only in the county appeal system and in court and refuse to address the issues. The building has been under construction as renters move out for the last 2-3 months: now the stairwell is being worked on . Workers are here six days a week - week days until after 6pm, Saturdays at various times. Today they did something to the walls without telling anybody living there (or posting a note, or anything) - I have ruined a perfectly good coat by touching what I think is oil-based paint and several cleaners in the neighborhood say can not be removed. I have paid $60 per month since July 2010 for 3 mbps internet service from Windstream Communications. After I noticed my internet speeds were unacceptably slow, I went to the speed check website provided by Windstream. My speeds are only getting up to 1.5 mbps (at best) during the hours of 4 pm to 10 pm Monday through Friday and 1 pm to 10 pm Saturday and Sunday. My daughter was driving my Explorer the other day when it started leaking fuel. We had it towed to the dealership 2 miles away. The fuel filter connector had come loose. No big deal, right? Three (3) times I needed a phone from T-Mobile and I admit the first time was my fault. But then they sent me another phone and within a few days, I had problems. We bought a brand new Englander mattress in April of 2010 from Sleep Zone in Kingsport Tennessee and it's worn out already. There is a huge depression in the middle, but only when you're in the bed. Englander will not warantee this bed because the depression is immeasurable unless there is someone laying on the bed. We wake up every morning stiff and sore and have to fight through the night to stay out of "the hole" as we refer to it. We spent $2700 on this set up and are entirely disgusted over it. Not only was the room dirty, I had to wait over an hour after being put back into the room and finally Azmi Farag M.D. came into the room did not wash his hands or clean the area on my face being treated and walked into the room with bottle of botox already opened.
