Couriered a defective motherboard to the supplier, in Nov 2009. The board were +- 6 months old, and has a 3year waranty. Sybaritic reported back that the unit were swapped by the manufacturer, and couriered the MB back. To my surprize, i received the old defective board. I had a sickening experience at a fast food restaurant at a local mall where I go to shop. Arthur Treachers. At this mall a few days ago, I was surprised to find out they had closed. And for what? I placed an order for the Celtrixa Beauty Butter after hearing their ad on the radio. They told me that I would receive a confirmation e-mail and a welcome packet within a week of ordering. I never received either so I called them to cancel and the customer service number they gave me didn't work; so I sent them an e-mail. One week after sending the e-mail I get a reply saying that my complaint had been given to their top representative. My husband and I bought the running stroller for $200+ and within a month it broke - couldn't fold it up any longer. We'd bought the "extended warranty" with Babies R Us which does NOTHING for you. Once the stroller breaks you have to contact Baby Trend and their policy is that you have to BUY another one, send in your receipt, and then they'll reimburse you the cost. Their ad seemed legitimate and to be a news article in the on-line Edition of the Tampa Tribune. The "news-type article" (ad) promoted FREE registration. I registered as I have for E-Bay and PayPal. I was contacted by Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. in regards to an incident I had at the McDonald's in Lake Buena Vista, FL where they ruined my digital camera while I was on vacation at Disney from Idaho. They asked me to get a quote for service or replacement of my camera, which I did. They then contacted me telling me that the McDonald's where this occurred had no recollection of the incident and they weren't going to do anything about it. Unauthorized credit card charge. Extra Charge for shipping was not included in original order and charge to my credit card after items were shipped and without notifying me of the extra 10$ charge for a 20lb bag of gravel. The hidden fee is stated on their website however, the font was extra small and I assumed any "extra charges" would show up on the order BEFORE checking out and confirming the order. They do not care to stop sending emails even after we told them we will report them, which I don't wish to do, but if I have to we will. On March 5th, 2010 they came out to our business to repair a broken belt and pulley on our heat/air unit. On June 8th, we noticed a loud vibration coming from the unit. We called Malone out again. The technician, unaware of the previous repair, told us that we had the wrong belt in the unit and that was why it was vibrating. They charged us $152 to retension the improper belt that they had installed 3 months earlier! We unhappily paid this bill but then began an attempt to recoup our losses. Service manager said bring car in at 10 AM to test ride. At 12:30 PM he was still not there. I left the car. Told mechanic I wanted a alignment printout, and the steering wheel centered. By this companies own admission my package did not arrive during the trial period according to their shipping department. Instead of taking care of the customer they dismissed any responsibility by telling me to hold the Post Office liable. I accepted a no risk trial membership in stamps.com which offered to give me $5.00 in stamps. I also purchased another $10.00 in stamps from them. When I tried to print the stamps, they were not centered on the forms and therefore could not be used. I called stamps.com to cancel my membership and get a refund. I bought a 26 inch MTD snow blower 2 years ago. this would have been it's third season if it had started. Not being able to pull start it I decided to use the handy dandy electric starter. No such luck. When I opened the switch cover one of the screw heads was sheared off leaving the power wire undone. The cause of the motor not starting in the first place was that there was an inch of rust and sludge inside of the fuel tank. How it got there I'll never know. I ordered almost a $100 dollars of cables from Ezonecables.com and their emails claimed it shipped, but the package never arrived. They refuse to answer my emails so I can't get any type of tracking number to find out if the package was actually shipped or not. Bought two-year subscription of a child's magazine called Jack and Jill. This was a gift and it wasn't until months after I purchased it that I was informed they received only two issues. I contacted the magazine and after several attempts to get help, they finally gave me a phone number to Unified Family Circulation. I have tried to resolve this error for over a year.
