This company promised me a vacation for Disneyland and Las Vegas in return of $200.00. They stated they made a mistake on my first attempt to go to Disney Land and made Reservations for 2 months later. We made reservations again and asked for more money. I had a transmission failure at 55k miles. United Car Care carries my extended warrentee. They did replace the transmission through my Toyota dealership but unstead of putting a rebuilt part in they replaced it with a used transmission. The tranny now works but has a clunk noise when placing it in park. They claim this ok and I say that it never did that before and I consider it an unsafe repair. I have call and written a letter to the dealership that sold me the warrentee and so far no responce. I would not recommend using UCC for any extended warrentee. read full review »

We bought a LG washer and after 2.5 months the door interlock has failed, when service was requested, the A1 rep trouble shoot over the phone.
