I purchased a Haan Steam Mop from their website. It worked for about 10 months and then stopped working. When I contacted the company they said it was out of warranty and there was nothing that they would do. The company representative seemed familiar with the problem I was having with the machine. I paid for 1 year premium service from wix.com back in June. I recently changed the style of my website and wanted to cancel the existing site and transfer the rest over to the new website. I took my 1999 Toyota Sienna in for new front tires and a front end alignment. They had the best "out-the-door" price for the tires and I had a 20% off coupon for the alignment. After getting the call I went to pick up the car only to learn that 1. they did not do the alignment because, according to the mechanic, it need it the front wheel bearings replaced at a cost of $600.00 for the 2 front wheel bearings and 2. I've seen this commercial several times. They make you think this is from britain or something, but it's from telebrands. This company has a LOT of complaints about them, so just a warning. I dont know what the ring is made out of. I have been with the settlement program since 2007. At first things seem to be fine I understood that I had a retainer fee for attorney's and that my escrow would receive fund from my monthly installments.
