Used online booking form to book a cab... cab never turned up and i didn't receive any confirmation. Phoned the main man who's name and number appear on the website and he was VERY rude and even ended the call on me whilst i was explaining my problem.. The site suggests they have a high payout rate. Their comparison chart shows spot rates under their name versus competitors Jan 1st 2010 rates. This implies they pay the posted spot rate. They do not disclaim. When you ask by email if that is true they do not respond. They can not be reached by phone. They do warn not to buy from any one who does not post rates. I purchased a 60" HDTV Sony Bravia Grand WEGA KDF-60XS955. This was supposed to be a 10 year to 15 year TV. Cost over $5000, 6 months after my 5 year warranty was up with BEst Buy the blue light box is going out.
