When you attempt to purchase something the credit card option comes up as inactive and they request that you Western Union Money direct. It appears that the 800 number is just for show as nothing ever seems to get resolved. The customer service forwards the complaint to the hotel, which then nothing ever happens and then customer service apologizes for the hotel. I have filed several complaints over the past year and had to live with unresolved issues, kind of sick of that.
