It appears that the 800 number is just for show as nothing ever seems to get resolved. The customer service forwards the complaint to the hotel, which then nothing ever happens and then customer service apologizes for the hotel. I have filed several complaints over the past year and had to live with unresolved issues, kind of sick of that. This company built a house last year and claimed it would: "offsets minimum utility charges, and offsets mortgage payment" The house needs about 4, 000 more watts of solar on it to be net-zero (offset electric bill) and will never be able to offset the mortgage payment. I purchased a White Gold chain that was sold to me as a 2.7mm chain. When I received it, it was just over 2.3mm. I contacted Sarraf and told them that they had accidentaly sent me the wrong width chain. (because they do sell as 2.3mm chain) After several correspondences it was explained to me that the 2.34mm chain was in fact the chain that they are selling as a 2.7mm chain.
