They never bothered to check the box when they sent it by Fed Ex for signature required. So Fed Ex decided to leave envelope on the ground in front of door and dogs were able to get at it and eat it. I just can't understand how you can charge someone that much for that service and drop the ball like that. That was my passport and my birth certificate that they were careless with. Do not buy anything from these clowns - I bought Alias Smith and Jones the tv series from them, only to discover they were pirated copies, and disk 10 on volume 2 was nothing but a blank disk with a label stuck on badly. I tried to e mail them via their website but everytime I try to send them a message I never even get through, they just hit you with a server error. Do not purchase any literature from this site. They make up there own documents and put the model number on each page. Paypal does not honer the guarantee because the merchandise was delivered. Paypal is only protection if your seller is listed with ebay. This vender would not return any calls or emails to myself or paypal.
