My Oris Artelier Moonphase watch clasp opened with little provocation, until I was at a park and lock and took my jacket off and saw it fall from inside my sleeve to the ground destroying the crystal and scratching the stainless. They wanted $375 dollars to repair it, while claiming nothing was wrong with the clasp, though still under warranty. Should a watch come off when you take your jacket off? I signed up for the weightnot program with Reveal MedSpa in the Washington DC area. A few days later I had to move back to my hometown in Idaho to help with my mother who is ill. I did not use any of the services and called Reveal to request a refund. They said that they would refund my money. The charge was on June 28, 2010 and as of September 22, 2010 I have not seen any refund. I have called several times and was told that they are backed up and it should happen anyday. With no HP dealers at my nearby location (camp road), I checked with nearest Indane Gas for the connection transfer. This store replaced my left front axle with a wrong one 2 times claiming it was the right one. I did not believe what was going on so I took it to the dealership and they immediately identified it as a wrong axle. These guys swore by it that they had in the right axle . As a result of this, I had a play of the axle in the transmission causing the bearing in the transmission to wear out and now I either have to replace my whole transmission or get the bearing fixed.
