This business scammed my friend completely. His car did not pass aircare. He went to Deens auto and they guaranteed him to pass aircare after they did the work on his car. They told him he needed a catalytic converter that cost him 500 dollars. He went for another air care test it flunked again exact same numbers. Dan Gerace and Tim Moore are two guys that make up G&M Properties that lease out apartments in houses in DeKalb, IL. The homes they rent are old run-down out-of-code places (433 College in particular) and when things in the apartment go wrong, at no fault of the tenants (the furnace breaks, the toilets run, the windows don't close...) the landlord will not fix them, they will ignore calls, they will blame the tenants, and demand money. In 2007 we purchased a Maytag Washing Machine, Dryer, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator. To this day, the only thing that hasn't needed service is the Dryer. I have spent over $500 in parts and service on my Washing machine and it STILL needs another $300 part to work properly. If this isn't enough, even when it does work, it STINKS all the time!
