I am a former employee of the Picture Me Portrait Studio in Redmond Oregon. CPI Corporation is THE WORST company to work for. They over charge customers AND associates for the portraits and CD's. I sent in my laptop over a month ago and didn't hear anything until a week ago when they sent me an email knocking back the price $100 and yet I still haven't seen the check they claim to have sent. I tried to buy ammo from this company about a year ago. I waited and waited (weeks turned into months) for my ammo and never was contacted by the company! Living in Alaska, this sort of thing happens so I contacted them. They told me the issue would be resolved and the ammo would be shipped. I made that mistake. The customer service was extremely poor before buying but I stupidly went ahead with a purchase. I purchased a defected pair of shoes off of her and after several attempts to get it resolved, and being well within my consumer rights, she has decided to totally ignore my emails.
