I bought a car about 2 months ago from Heritage Mitsubishi. It was used. The salesman were unusually pleasant to deal with. The whole experience was almost enjoyable. They worked with us to get the payments we wanted. There were a few issues with the car that they promised to fix (broken cd player, cracked spoiler) and the car only came with one key. DO NOT RENT FROM UDR, bad business after you move out. I co-signed on my daughter's lease, she gave St. John's Plantation (aka.UDR) the proper advanced notice of termination (lease was due to be resigned anyway). The apt had flooded a couple of times during her residence there and they had to send someone out to clean it. Northeastern Auto LLC lead me to believed that I was purchasing a 4x4 with a Dodge Dakota truck, when in fact it was a 4X2. A few minutes after making a deposit of $500 Dollars, my insurance agent from State Farm, called me to tell me that the truck was a 4X2. I called right away and cancelled the buy. Later i will find out that the deposit is not refundable. Their saleman, Rich, told me that instead of the Ford Ranger, I should consider the Dakota (newer, lesss miles). I hired Mr. Natt Hall (owner of Nashville Autotune) to fix the transmission on my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mr. Hall had my car in his possession for approximately 1 month, charged me over $600 and my car ran (not properly, but ran) for three days. I bought a new 08 Ultra Classic in 25 months I have gone thru 5 sets of head sets. After the 2 year factory warrenty is over they want a $50.00 copayment. Any money I use for headsets will not go to H.D. These cheep ($189.00) headsets are crap. H.D. is trying real hard to get me out of there store. I was in this restuarnt this morning for breakfast at approx. 8am. After placing my order I sat down at a dirty table and noticed all of them were dirty, the serving counters had food and beverage stains all over them, the trash collection area was cluttered with old food and the inside area was buzzing with flies. I was on a Sears website and purchased a Table from Sears.com. After my credit card had been credited, Sears informed me that I had bought the table from Cymax. The table arrived timely, but the marbletopwas mared. I sent both cymax and Sears a picture of the problem. Cymax would not acknowledge receipt of the picture. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Their service Technicians are polite but have no knowledge of their jobs. The company never ever keeps an appointment. They always call and cancel during the time your tech should be at your home giving you service. I have had appointments from 8-12 (mornings) and they always call between 10:30 and 11:30 am and give a reason why they must reschedule your appointment.
