After dealing with Dayton Freight with damaged freight, I would not recommend them. The inspection report from a "third party" showed a picture of the freight stacked on top of another piece of freight, causing even more damage then originally caused. The inspection report was not well done, and the sides of the crates at the impact sites were not even removed for inspection for damage. I am commenting on the deplorable lack of customer service at F&A Appliance Repair. I have the bad luck of owning a Haier refrigerator that has been problematic since October 2009. Unfortunately, F&A is the designated warranty repair service for Haier in the San Bernardino area, so I am at their mercy.
