My 3 yr old daughter always asks to see the fish when we go to Wal Mart. The tanks are always filthy and there are more dead fish than live fish. There are never any employees in that section yet there are many employees in the gardening section and all the others. If you enjot hearing noise, there is plenty of it at Millcreek Apartment in San Ramon California. This community is as noisy as a dogpound or childcare. Dog are left alone in the apartment during the day by their owners so they bark all day. When tenants walk out of their apartments unit, the door are slammed. Kids use the hallways and stairwells of the bilding as a playground plaform. They run back and forth on them. I just found out today that ABC Financial has been billing me for over 5 yrs. I would recommend staying away from Cost U Less Insurance in California, as their agent I went to for my auto insurance completely misled me over the phone and actually tried to still sell me a polcy once I was in the office. When I called in he was very friendly and gave me a price quote that sounded good for basic coverage on my vehicle, but when I got in the office, the BS started. Offer Legal Services and legal document preparation service. Monet asks you to western union or Money gram them the money I should of realized it was a scam at that points. Usually legit places have offices or take credit cards in case scams like this. I had a Nigerian rip me off from western union I never learn lol. A few months after purchasing the piece of metal that connects the Microwave motor to the turntable broke. A&E has not been able to fix it: For appointment 1 I took off work. At appointment time the service technician called, saying that he was backlogged and would be a few hours late. I purchased their product MH1240 (-D), (-01) 800 lb Utility Cart from Sears on 6/2/10. The purchase was based on the product picture that is widely available, then and now. Once assembled, I determined it did not comply with the picture. The cart handle is depicted as leaning back into the cart. My handle would only rest on the ground. I sign up for the free credit report, 6 month before I deploy, the entire deployment I recieved emails that stated my credit report had changed. I would attempt to check my credit report, I would get a pop that stated that I could not pull report because not authorized in the country in which I was deployed. Two weeks after I redeployed back to my duty station, I called to cancel the service, I was told I was not in there system and I should try another experian credit agency. My wife rented an Hyundai Accent 2010 for a trip to PEI. (We live in Gatineau Que). A squirel ate through the gas line at a camp site and she needed to replace that rental with another from the same company. (The part has to be ordered and will take 10 days to arrive). Now, with abandonment fees etc. this could cost us over 2000.00. I've heard of rodents eating engine wiring but to use the same yummy plastic on gas lines... Are they kidding? This should be illegal. After fixing a bowl of soup and eating a few bites, I noticed a bug in my soup. I went to the counter to let someone know with the soup in tow, the lady then informs me that it must have came in from the air and it's not their fault. Then she proceeds to tell me that I'll get a 15% discount on my next visit. When I inform her that I wont her coming back, she shrugs her shoulders and refuses to comp my buffet. Even if I hadnt found a bug in my found, the service there is horrible. Patrons had to actually track down and go behind counters to get the servers attention for a refill. I purchased 2 sets of Akoya pearl earrings for my wife and 1 pair of Black pearl earrings, and 1 pair of the south seas large white pearl earrings. One of the Akoya 9.5 mm pearls came apart and was lost, and one of the large south sea pearls 11mm came apart and is lost. I purchased these for her and the south sea 11mm for our 25 wedding anniversary present. To say the least she is heart broken and I'm very upset with the quality of the product. I purchased Real Soft Toilet tissue on 7-30-10 for $5.00 and thought it was a very good buy. It stated on pkg. that it was 2 ply but the quality was like 1 ply. Had to use twice as much paper as it was very thin. For 12 "double rolls" it was a very good price but in long run not really. So i was very unhappy purchase and again quality. The next morning at 7:45AM I called Toyota assistance to come pick up the car and repair it as its under warranty and has only 5, 500 miles and is only 6 months old. As stated above we were returning from a wedding in Vegas and my husband and I each had 1 checked suitcase locked with a TSA lock and not carry-on's with the exception of my purse. When we arrived home the lock was still on but the closure of the luggage was cut and suitcase was opened, a box of my matching jewelry that I wore to the wedding was gone...when I called the airline they said they were not responsible for lost items and were not responsible and would not compensate us for the broken into luggage..We will never fly that airline... read full review »
