I Sreekanth purchased flat recently from Sai Gruha Apartments, Nagenahalli, R.T.Nagar with register address of V Nagenahali, R.T Nagar Post, Bangalore, Pin Code - 560032 Initially I had paid amount of Rs.2 lacs and booked flat of 1230sq.ft and agreed upto for making balance payment after Registration and agreement.
After 10days I asked about the documents they started bluffing to give the documents.

For almost last two years i am a member of this car helpline services ( membership no.- NS-61971 & NS-12718).
in these years i have never taken any help of the service provider but on the day of raksha bandhan i.e 24/08/10 my car suddenly got stopped near to nehru nagar, indian oil petrol pump in delhi. at aroung 7:30 AM in the morning i requested these helpline people since no car mechanic was available at nearby location. In February 2009 my mother and I had sent our female 8 month old Australian Shepherd to a 2 week training program at the Little Wolf Doggy Day Spa and Resort. She charged over $800 for it. I have been cheated by Binverse.com. I had sign up for free 14 days trial period and paid them 1 dollar. But after 14 days they had deducted 99.96 dollar from my Paypal A/c without my prior permission and without my knowledge. I placed an order to purchase Quince seeds from Efooddepot.com, details can be seen as attached. By mistake, I gave my wrong P.O. Box # in Qatar i.e. 300286 whereas my actual P.O. Box # is 200386. Anyhow, I realized my mistake very next day & then I gave dozens of e-mails to the website about that in order to correct my shipping address while shipping but they never responded. I also tried to call their help line which, as per them, is available for 24 hrs but they never responded.

This would have been fine because it was a free trial, but when I saw my credit card statement I found that I had been billed several times by them! I can't believe I was so stupid to pay for a certificate up front. I paid almost $4, 000 to RCI and now they're telling me I have to pay more to take the cruise. They changed it, told me the ship wasn't going their afterall, and I would have to book another one and pay a $700 change fee and an administrative fee because I had an early booking rate.
What kind of a scam is that? It is a Wyndham Skinned 'em scam. I am astonished people are still buying stuff from Wyndham, Fairfield, RCI, and their gang. read full review »

As much as possible I do not want to expose this but my contractor has been avoiding me and doesn't want to fix the problem in my house in Tagaytay which was completed in July 2008.
All grill works are all bad and rusty and falling apart. My flooring are damaged and all the tile floorings are coming off. The cement used were poor. Windows are leaking and now I am in the process of fixing it out of my pocket and the price are huge. I purchased a Whirlpool Duet HT set - washer and dryer with pedestals - a little over $2200 in March of 2006. The washer ALONE without the pedestal base cost $1100 back then. This person passed himself off as a general contractor for remodeling our hair salon. He didn't get permits to do the work saying that permits were not needed since there was no structural work involve and no changes to the utilities. He was supposed to bring in professional to do the plumbing, painting and other work. Instead he did the work himself. I have paid for a nights accommodation (deducted from my visa card) and not received a booking confirmation.
When I searched for the booking on their web site it was not there.
Their only answer to my query sent in via their customer support link was to say I could not cancel... fine... I just want the confirmation so I can use the booking..
What does one do next to get a confirmation?
