Stay away from Vigitronx (Top Ten Alarm - terrible after sales support) and Telcoma (expensive low end Italian system with very limited installations in malaysia), Low quality problematic products, lousy service. The company is dishonest and is only interested in selling their rebranded low cost local system which is rebranded as Vigitronx. They depend on external contractors to install and do not have any in-house technical staff to provide after sales support. For the last several games of Tri Nations Rugby on Sky Sports HD they have failed to show the New Zealand National anthem before matches and only the Haka. As a kiwi I have found this to be very disrespectful as instead of showing the national anthem they have some Australian TV pundit talking instead which is extremely insulting and inconsiderate. If the English national anthem was interrupted by a Tv pundit I am sure people would be very upset and complain too. This person rented a townhouse from me. She paid the first month and gave me a check for the deposit. The checking account had been closed for almost a year. Then I had to remind her of the rent every 15th of the month. She paid two more months, but it was always late. Then she stopped paying, answering e-mails, and the phone was disconnected.
