Horrible warranty service, ended with heated abuse from their service manager.
I have an extended warranty which sounds like it covers the entire car but really only covers selected parts.
Meadowlands Nissan first insisted that I had no warranty at all, even though I had the same car serviced there under the same warranty a few months earlier. They diagnosed a litany of problems when they thought it was a cash transaction. Once I convinced them that I had a warranty and that the items THEY had listed as needing repair WERE warranted, they CHANGED THE LIST of required parts to those that were NOT covered by my extended warranty. As I was checking out the cashier who had a broke arm dropped my milk. She asked if I would like to go back and get another gal of milk. Yet I still had a seperate items to purchase on another ticket. I told her I really didn't feel like going all the way back there to get it. It wsn't my fault it was dropped. I purchased a new heating and cooling unit from Sears approx. three years ago. The subcontractor hired by Sears installed the unit. For whatever reason, it took him all day to do it. Two months ago the unit froze up. This pass weekend my hallway and bathroom floors were drenched with water. After calling Sears, the rep. told me they could not get anyone out to my house until Thursday, 8/5/10. I explained to the rep. that I have water all over my floor now and I need someone NOW! I recently bought a game from Steam on an account which I have multiple games. The next thing I know, Paypal stopped the payment, thinking that it might be linked to fraud. They then required a response from Steam.
Steam then simply shut my account down, and told me that I had to resolve it with Paypal. Paypal have told me that Steam have to resolve the issue.
I've since sent 3 three emails asking Steam to give me the details to make a new payment via paypal, but after several days they have still not responded.

I book my railways ticket for Jammu tavi for 31 july 2010. i got 4 confirm ticket PNR(2208918793)train name "utter sumpark karti 2445" in s1 coach seat no 45, 42, 53, 46 .
When I reach New Delhi railway station. i didn’t found s1 coach on train. When I asked ticket checker. He said you have to set on general coach.
My family was travel in general coach with lot of issue.

I was also scammed! When I called the 1-800 number I got off of this site, the guy was very rude and said I applied for this online shopping credit of up to 10, 000 dollars, 2500 credit each month, I refused to accept the 99.95 dollar charge and told them I wanted this removed and refunded he then told me that they sent me an email twice and that I had seven days up until the date they charged my card but now I can't get it back! While eating a Cadbury dairy milk Eclairs toffee, i came across a metal kind of object inside it. I in fact ate a few broken particles of it before i realized what the object was. I was really worried for my health after consuming it as I felt a lot of unease in my throat.

I had financed this vehicle through this dealer with loan from ICICI. I have retired the loan as on date. I have received the transfer papers. However, the second key at the time of purchase was kept by Nawab Motors which has not been returned.

Sherri Worth is incompetent and charged my credit card without my knowledge. She charged NINE thousand dollars without my approval. This is not a legitimate program. The certificate they provide you with is useless and none of the accerditing bureaus recognize this program although it states "An accredited, convenient and affordable online distance education program."
