They do misleading advertising. First of all most of the products they advertise on their website is more expensive than their competitors like 4allpromos, superiorpromos, pens.com. The owner's Office Manager tries to intimidate people because some of them are Latinos and they do not speak up or fight for their rights. I have been continueously calling mediacom customer care officials and have been telling them about the internet service I am subscribed to.
