This is my experience of buying a Bernhardt leather sofa from Dillard's. I hope that my story would deter anyone from wasting their money by buying any Bernhardt leather furniture. They initially do all the things right untill you buy it. They lure you by giving very cheap rates for the initial month. But, actually after 2 - 3 calls you can never call from their service and automatically just by trying to call people overseas you will keep losing minutes and money wihtout even the call getting connected. The Front loading washer leaves water in the seal and creates a horrible molding smell. It even causes us not to use the room for anything except washing clothes. None of this was disclosed upon purchase or we would not have purchased a front loader. They obviously knew of the problem because they have multiple complaints regarding this issue. I worked for this company for 6 months, This company is run by a Govt employee Mr. A. K. Bhatnagar. He is working with UPICO, This company opened its branch in China with UPICO's money and they send their employee to China but all tickets and hotel expenses goes into UPICO's account. I bought a pair of Wrangler boots at Wal-Mart on 4/8/2010 and paid $59.00 for them. I wore them the 9th, 10th, and 11th. Two weeks ago, I went into a Walmart Store. They did not take my check. They gave me the number to call your company to find out why. I called. I went to watch a UFC fight at this place. I called beforehand to ask what the cover charge would be, and they told me they would not be charging.
