Although this happened years ago I thought it is worth a complaint here. One evening my mother opened a new can of dog food to feed the dog and after scooping out a portion she found in the food what seemed to be a small sliver of wood. It was lucky she found it because if the dog swallowed it god knows what would of happened. She cleaned the bit of wood and sent it to the company with a letter saying the dog could of choked on it or worse, and what did they do? only send back a letter of apology and nothing else. January 19, 2010, $109.85 was charged to my Capital One credit card; for what I don't know. I disputed the charges and Capital One adjusted the charges January 25, 2010. Sold 3 kittens without health certs. Kittens went to new homes with herpes, and pneumonia. One kitten was diagnosed with Mast Cell Tumor Cancer. Another kitten died within 2 weeks. All was undisclosed and new owners found out from their personal vets. Breeder will not hold up to 1 year genetic health gaurentee. It was vet documented that Cancer was inherited. I recently purchased a Shark/Euro-Pro SV800 Cordless Stick Vac. I Am not impressed. There appears to be several issues they need to be addressing. Here's the skinny: 1) The vac's dirt cup is way too small. Take a measuring cup, fill it to 1 cup... that is the capacity... even beyond the "Max Fill" line. 2) Roller brushes are way too sensitive, to stop rolling. It seems simple enough. The last time I went to service my car, I had to buy a part. So I ordered the part, and prepaid for it. Beware of Unicare!! We had their Solaura health plan which was actually a pretty good and innovative plan - $1000 of your premiums was set aside in a "credits" account that could be used to cover deductable, uncovered items, etc. and the unused amounts could rollover year to year All great. I am so angry with Quest for what they made us go through. Everything with Quest was going fine, till we disconnected their service and switched to Vonage. Instead of disconnecting the existing service, Quest went ahead and created a new account in my name and added services that I had never ordered.
