Was told can only return if the box is unopened or the product is defective, did not offer a store credit or anything else. Hired Tarzan Trees to trim my 40-foot tall redwood tree and remove all the branches and trimmings. The tree was trimmed in a timely manner, but five days later, the trimmings and branches are STILL in my yard. The person who did the work, Gary (the owner, I believe), has not returned any phone calls asking him to call me and get the mess cleaned up. I made the mistake of paying him in full and now I'm paying again to have this detritus removed from my yard. In fairness, he did a good job on the trimming, but my mistake was paying before the job was complete. I ordered three tickets to watch JLS at the Hammersmith Apollo from this organisation. The money was taken from my credit card, but no tickets have been received. When I tried to contact the organisation, their website is no longer in use. It was operating out of Hungary, although it has an address in Vancouver. I have contacted my credit card company in order to get reimbursement for the £132 taken from my account. Although this happened years ago I thought it is worth a complaint here. One evening my mother opened a new can of dog food to feed the dog and after scooping out a portion she found in the food what seemed to be a small sliver of wood. It was lucky she found it because if the dog swallowed it god knows what would of happened. She cleaned the bit of wood and sent it to the company with a letter saying the dog could of choked on it or worse, and what did they do? only send back a letter of apology and nothing else.
