So my brother was offered a reimbursement for a skateboard he bought at this store, for which he needs a receipt. At time of purchase, a receipt was not given because the receipt machine was broken. Now, the owner does not want to give a receipt because he wants to receive the reimbursement himself, then give my brother a gift card to the store, therefore ensuring himself a double profit. This Banquet is the worst place to do anything with. I paid $300 cakes and it looked like a cake from walmart. The cake did not look like the one I wanted. When we told the owner his excuse was well we add 20 more people that is why it look like that. Then on top of my cake I paid for 120 people to eat. the food ran out in 2 hours and there was only 85 people that showed. The cook would not bring out any more food of our guest. I have been charged over £212 for gas and electrity from this company. They have never once read my meters and despite my contacting them and telling them that my property is empty during the day and that the gas is timed to come on for only 5hrs per day (turned back on end of October) as due to hot weather from April to October it was not necessary to have the gas on) they still insist that I have to pay this excessive bill and that they are going to approach my local court to have a pre-payment meter put in. We returned to Cuba and rented a car for 2 days. The rental agent told us this was high season. All the hotel staff told us it wasnt. When we rented the car we were told it was cash only. She said the price was $180.00 When we returned the car and asked for a receipt we were told it would be sent to our hotel the next day. I ordered the trial pack and paid $9.95 shipping and handling. This trial was supposed to be for a 12 day period, then they charge your account for $99.10 for a 1 mos supply of cartridges and a charger, with a monthly follow on charge of $45 something for a 1mos supply of cartridges. My husband ordered WMR100N - advanced weather station with wireless sensor. One day after installing the system, the temperature/humidity sensor failed. He contacted technical support through their web site and was promised a replacement unit. Two weeks later, with no replacement in hand, he called customer service and all they could tell him was that the request had been submitted. In the meantime, the rain gauge failed to work. I just look at my latest bill from December, noticed that 1.95$ was charged on Oct 27, then on Nov 3rd, 79.90 was charged by this company PWW Biz Kit 800 497-4988 (scam). I joined landmark education forum at Delhi on 11, 12 and 13th dec 2009. Programmme was hopeless and was like a psychiatrist session being conducted in front of 200 participants. This programme is only for people suffering with some mental illness and reguires psychiatrist treatment. Time spend was totally a waste of time, effort and money. Placed real far away from the city, has the worst customer service. I live in downtown, I bought a jacket from them and they did not remove the security tag on the item. The next day when i called, they said tough luck buddy, you can come in and we can remove it, but other than that toughluck. The bank couldn't tell me who made the charge, only what was listed on the statement. Jettis International and BZT WebPortal have made illegal charges in my credit card, which I never authorized. Not only charged me illegaly, yet the company kept claiming that no charges were made and in their system cannot find or see charges.
