I recently returned from a trip to the Dominican Republic. I stayed at the Oasis Hamaca hotel. It was a horror. 1. Not given the room type requested but told that they would the next day 2. I purchased this steam iron the middle of October. I didn't use it until I was visiting in New York. When I tried to open the water inlet door on the iron it wouldn't open. I installed the Spyware Doctor with Antivirus on 2 of my computers a bit over a month ago and shortly thereafter, my internet stopped working. It took me a while to figure out that the cause of the internet failure wasn't the router, but the antivirus software. Once I uninstalled it, my computers were fine. When I asked for a refund from PCTools, I was simply told that the 30-day limit for refunds had elapsed; however, they had "now canceled the automatic renewal for your license". I received a call about renting my week by Resorts International. It sounded like a wonderful deal. Brian said that they have a 95% rental rate and that I would receive the full amount that they rented my timeshare for. Company "fixed" a recalled part of my refrigerator. Since then the fridge doesn't work correctly. Every 4-6 weeks it stops working, and I lose whatever food I have in freezer and fridge. Every year many people turn to HREO.com to find properties in the Hamptons. The site to say the least is a joke, slow, bad set up and ugly. But, it is the only site that has all the listings.
