We requested ADT security services to be installed at our residence on July 23, 2009. They took $150 up front took our credit card number at that time. The security system never worked. Avoid BofA if you can do it!! I paid off the credit card balance 29 May 2009 and apparently there was risidual interest from the delay in receipt of the electronic payment that I was unaware of. I am here to place a complaint on the company name Endeavor Media Group, LLC. they charge you for a study guide for the battery exam for the USPS. After a while they seem legit since apparently were connected with the USPS employment offices but i was wrong. I took part in a free trial of Wi tea, but had to return it as I am diabetic and there was no info on the site about it not being suitable. When I received my March statement I noticed 2 dollar charges that made no sense to me. When I spoke to my bank all they could tell me was that they were web charges and I needed to speak to the compay to stop the charges. I sent an email and received no reply.
