I contacted Assurant Solutions when my warranties PS3 wouldn't operate. As instructed, I returned it to the company and they promised a check for $499.99, which was the original purchase price. 2 months, 20 phone calls, and hours on hold later, I still do not have my check. I reveived a costume for my daughter and would like to return it for another size, but am unable to because I have to reveive a number before I can return it and I cannot get the computer to read my order number. Everything with this company is over the computer and they lock out the numbers until after the 48 hour return period.
