On July 25, 2009 we recieved a phone call from Road America Motor Club asking us to provide a service for one of their members. The job was a 38 foot motor coach with tandem rear axle that had been parked for an extended peroid of time. We had a management agrrement with Antler's Owner Doug Smith and CEO Gary Smith, they supply labor force and management and we would pay their fees, we found that they were double if not triple billing for labor that was not at our plant. Gary Smith seemed to spearhead the whole organization with the help of their dishonest book keeper, Casey Brake. This company will tell you anything that you want to hear and deliver nothing. We signed a contract with Hector Cruz Fencing formally Armstrong Fencing on 09/09/09 and gave him a deposit of $700.00 Cash. We hired Hector 2 years ago and he installed a very large fencing system for us so we had no reason not to trust him. On the 9th he told us he needed a material deposit and we gave it to him. I called AT & T early this year as I wanted to switch from Comcast to AT&T U-verse. I keep getting phone calls from the National Union Fire Insurance Co. offering a policy that I've already said I'm not interested in. I asked them the first time they called not to call me again. I have held a credit card with Orchard Bank (HSBC) for over 4 years now. I have always paid my bill on time and more than the minimum due. I have been such a "Valued Customer" that they have over doubled my limit on my card in the last 4 years. I started contacting Procraft Viriginia over three years ago to find out they went out of business and Procraft Maryland took over their contracts and sent me a plan to pay an adiditional $750 for them to make the repairs and maintain the warranty. I apid it over two years and no one has been out to assess the damage nor offered a refund of the $750 nor the original $16, 000. I've been calling and emailing to no avail. I purchased my NEW ellipitcal from Walmart on 2-15-2009, the machine broke at the right side lower body leg (part #7) where the leg connects to the right pedal arm. The steel cracked at a point that was not welded from the factory, and is a clear manufacture defect. I had a court hearing with a representative from Borack & Associates, which resulted in the judge stating that I was to contact the company when my finances had improved, as my offer for payment was so low. Apparently, this didn't matter to Borack & Associates because now I'm being served a subpoena de tecum for deposition. Why? Because they're trying to gather information to garnish my wages.
