Wow most people have no idea, Zynex has been and is still billing for units (up to 500 mnthly)that have been returned and supplies(up to 240 mnthly) that never get shipped out. I went to get an oil change at sears in cherry creek denver . I dropped off my car at 10am and was told that it would be ready in a few hours . I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful bouquet of flowers (based on the photo provided on the website) to be delivered to my mother in Montreal on her 65th birthday. The flowers delivered bared absolutely no resemblance whatsoever to those requested. I have read countless complaints in various places of people being signed up automatically to some shopper's club after making a purchase. I have no doubt there was some box somewhere that had to be checked, or unchecked, or whatever. Haverty Furniture in Ft. Myers is not to be believed. I had a credit balance of over $100 which was verified by one of the sales managers. When I tried to use it at a later date I was told I had none and the sales manager didnt know how to read the information off the computer. I told them I have a invoice with a credit balance on it. They gave me another story about how corporate does that but its not so in my case. Of course, I never received anything from corporate that I no longer had a credit. These people at least at the Ft. JetStar is a waste of time and money. My wife and daughter are flying to Sydney out of Avalon today. We booked the flight to coincide with my daughters nap time (she's 16 months old). The flight has been delayed by an hour. The attendant at the check in said "That's not very long, they're normally 3-4 hours late!"
